  1. Wash the pepper and gently peel the seeds. Cut into circles about 2 cm high each.
  2. Prepare the filling in the form of cutlets. To do this, peel the onion and finely chop it, you can use a combine harvester or a simple grater.
  3. Add the prepared onion to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
  4. For a loaf, take only the crumb and soak it in milk or water
  5. The soaked crumb is sent to the filling, you can not even squeeze from the milk. Mix everything thoroughly. To make the minced meat especially tender and juicy, you can add a little water (about 1/4 cup) and beat it well. If desired, you can add other favorite seasonings.
  6. Put the prepared peppers in a baking dish on foil and fill with filling.
  7. Cut the tomato into small pieces, drain the juice.
  8. Grate the cheese and send it to the tomatoes. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  9. Put the resulting mixture on the stuffed peppers.
  10. Pour a little cold water into the pepper. The water should cover the peppers by about 1 cm. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes. At the end of cooking, you can hold the peppers under the grill for 3-5 minutes so that they have a beautiful look.
  11. The taste of juicy minced meat combined with the taste of sweet pepper is ideal for making mashed potatoes, rice or spaghetti, and the remaining liquid from the peppers can be used as gravy. The peppers are so tender that even the film on the pepper is not felt at all.
