Vegetable oil
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and fry until soft, stirring (10 minutes).
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, hops-suneli.
Wash the tomato and chop it finely, removing the seeds. Mix tomatoes with corn.
Prepare the zucchini: wash, cut lengthwise, carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon (without damaging the edges and bottom).
Mix the finished minced meat with vegetables and pour this mixture over the prepared zucchini.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise.
Grease the stuffed zucchini with cheese mass and put it in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
