Instructions
We clean the zucchini, wash it and remove the core with a teaspoon, we get such boats that we add a little salt to let the juice flow.
Mix minced meat with boiled rice, finely chopped zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the zucchini with the resulting mixture and put them in a baking dish.
Preparing the filling: pour the tomato paste with water, add mayonnaise, salt and mix.
Fill our zucchini with the resulting filling and bake them in the oven for 40 minutes at an average temperature.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes and get this beauty.
