Sugar Cookies with Cinnamon and Turmeric Recipe
Fragrant from cinnamon and linseed flour, bright yellow from turmeric, under a sugar crust and with a tender crumb. Beautiful and delicious cookies for tea. I’ll also make two different molds, which makes the taste different. Treat.

  1. Sift the flour, add Flaxseed flour, cinnamon, turmeric, baking powder. Mix.
  2. Soft butter beat with sugar, beat eggs with salt.
  3. Combine the dry mixture with the butter mixture.
  4. Knead the dough, divide into two equal parts. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  5. Turn on the oven to warm up. Forming cookies. Divide one part of the dough into pieces (the size of a walnut), roll in the bun and ovals, roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on baking paper and on a baking sheet.
  6. The second part of the dough is slightly rolled out on a dusty work place, 0.5-0.7 cm., cut out with molds. Moisten with water and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Transfer to a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Ready to cool on the grill.
  8. Output 1 kg. ( + , – 5 g.). Store in a tin or glass jar for up to 1 month.
