Instructions
The form in which the terrine will be baked, line with strips of bacon.
Cut the ham into small cubes, finely chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat, ham and herbs.
Add pine nuts, breadcrumbs, mustard and horseradish, beat in an egg. Pour the cream into the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Fill the mold evenly with minced meat and cover with strips of bacon.
Bake the terrine at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
