From minced meat you can cook a lot of delicious and original dishes. I bring to your attention one of them-terrine of pork. It is suitable for a holiday table or if you just decided to pamper your family.
Wash the prunes and pour the brandy for 30 minutes. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Beat the egg with cream and soak the baton in this mixture for five minutes. Pork cut into thin slices.
Minced meat mix with mustard, onion, garlic, bread mass, salt and pepper, add thyme and mix well.
A rectangular shape for baking is lined with slices of bacon, then a layer of half the mass of chopped meat.

The final layer is the second half of the chopped mass.
To lay all the bacon slices and wrap in foil.
Put the form on a baking sheet filled with water - the form with terrine should be immersed in water for 2/3 (I used not a baking sheet, but a deep rectangular shape), and bake in the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
To get the terrine out of the oven. Remove the foil and gently drain the liquid. Allow the terrine to cool completely.
Shift the terrine on a dish and cut into slices. Serve with cowberry sauce.
