Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar well until fluffy, add kefir and pumpkin puree, add salt.
Sift the flour with baking powder. Add flour to the whipped mass and knead the dough.
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix. The consistency of the dough turns out like sour cream.
Pumpkin puree – my own production. In the pumpkin season, I bake it in the oven, then grind the pulp with a blender and freeze it in a container.
Pour the dough into the molds almost to the brim.
Bake in the oven at t = 180 g for 30-40 minutes.
It turns out 16 small cupcakes.
When pouring the dough into molds, you can put a piece of chocolate or a cherry.
