Boil the beans with pearl barley, pork and beef ribs. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Go back to the soup.
Finely chop the onion and fry it with diced smoked sausage and small sausages. Add to the soup together with allspice and bay leaf 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Strips of bacon and onion rings quickly fry over high heat and decorate the dish.
