  1. Products.
  2. Slice the salad, but not finely.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add them to the salad and beans.
  4. Prepare the sauce: heat the cream in a water bath and mix with vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix everything well. Put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with boiled egg yolk and chopped parsley. Pour the sauce liberally. The salad is ready.
