An incomparable snack-a salad of ordinary tomatoes and onions! This snack can be served on a festive table! You can cook it immediately in a package and take it with you to nature, to a barbecue-great!
1. Cut tomatoes and onions into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
2. In a bowl, carefully mix honey, sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt and seasoning (I have a mixture of “Italian herbs”).
3. Put tomatoes, onions and garlic in layers in a 1-liter jar. Pour the marinade on top.
4. Shake the jar slightly and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
