  1. Remove the pulp from the tomatoes. This will go into the salad.
  2. Cut the tomato, cucumber, onion and garlic into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste and add horseradish.
  3. season with sour cream.
  4. Put the salad inside the tomatoes.
  5. Tomatoes stuffed with salad, I served with ground beef and buckwheat hedgehogs instead of a side dish.
