Tuscan Tomato and Bread Salad Recipe
Panzanella is an incomparable Tuscan vegetable salad. Salad of ripe sweet tomatoes with crunchy slices of bread toasted in olive oil!

  1. Wash the tomatoes of different varieties of small size and cut them in half. Put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the grape vinegar and olive oil and add the crushed garlic clove. Let stand until the juice appears. Stir. Cut or tear the bread into small pieces and fry in a pan, dripping with olive oil, until crisp. Add the sliced Basil to the tomatoes and mix with the crunchy bread slices.
