Trout Salad with Feta Recipe
A very simple and delicious salad for red fish lovers. And most importantly, light, not greasy, for a festive table is the very thing.

  1. Lettuce (I had a mix, but you can take any green salad to your taste) wash, carefully shake off the water and assemble with your hands into pieces.
  2. Slice the cucumber and add it to the salad.
  3. Add the trout, sliced.
  4. In the same place, grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel the tomato from the seeds, cut into pieces and add to the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Whisk the butter and juice.
  7. Season the salad, mix gently and easily and place the peas on a flat dish covered with lettuce leaves.
  8. Place the feta slices on top.
