  1. 1. Fill the beans with water for 2-3 hours ( you can do it overnight), then cook until ready. 2. The turkey is cut into portions and fried in sunflower oil. 3. I cut the onion into half rings, pour boiling water, add sugar, vinegar, a pinch of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. 4. Dressing: mix yogurt, soy sauce and mustard. 5. Cucumbers and tomatoes are cut into half rings, pepper-cubes. 6. In a deep bowl, mix all the products, salt to taste. 7. Put the salad on a dish, pour the sauce.
