Marinate the Turkey in soy sauce while the cabbage is being boiled and the pickled onions are being prepared.
Cut the onion into thin half-rings, put it in a jar, add the remaining ingredients, close the lid and shake several times.
Separate the cauliflower from the leaves, pour water in a saucepan, add salt and cook until slightly softened (after boiling water - 2-3 minutes)
Remove from the water and cut into steaks. I have 2 plump ones, we love cauliflower).
On the grill grill on moderately hot coals, fry the cabbage.
Together or separately, it doesn't matter, just roast the Turkey. All this is fried quickly, no more than 10 minutes.
Cut the finished Turkey into strips.
Fold the "Burger" - cabbage, chopped meat on it, onions and herbs on top. Serve with your favorite sauce or without, as you like.
