Instructions
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, put on a sieve and let the excess juice drain. Beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil with a mixer.
Squeeze the zucchini, add together with sour cream to the egg mixture and mix.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Sift into dough and mix.
Divide the dough into two parts. Add cocoa to one and mix.
Put the dough into molds, alternating between dark and light. Bake at t = 180 * ะก until tender (about 30 min.)
Ready.
