Peel the squid and prepare the carcass for pickling. Boil the water, add salt. For exactly 30 seconds, lower the squid back and immediately take it out.
Let the carcass cool and cut into rings 0.5 cm wide .
Put the sliced rings in a cup and pour the marinade, mix, you can eat right away, or you can let it brew for 20 minutes. You can also add coriander, as anyone likes.
