Sweet paprika
Instructions
We will need thin zucchini and eggplant.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices.
Add 1 tsp of salt to the water. Put the chopped vegetables in it and leave for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the remaining salt.
Roll the eggplant circles first.
Fry in boiling oil over a low heat until Golden.
Place on a paper towel.
Do the same with the zucchini.
When serving, sprinkle with ground paprika.
