  1. Cucumber and pepper cut into strips, tomato into thin half rings. Chop the young cabbage, add spices.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings and marinate for 20 minutes. Marinade: add vinegar and sugar to the water, mix and put the onion. Prepare the dressing: mix soy sauce and vegetable oil.
  3. Squeeze the onion from the excess liquid and add to the salad along with the dressing. Gently mix the salad.
