Prepare vegetables: onions and green, peppers clean, wash. Wash the tomatoes.

In a frying pan heat the Rast. oil, put the onion (onions) and fry it for 1-2 minutes until Golden brown over medium heat. Then add the pepper, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes also.
Then add the tomatoes and green onion. A little salt, optionally, you can add 0.5 tsp sugar, so it was not sour. Simmer for 1 minute without covering. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and vinegar (Apple or wine, if desired, vinegar can not be added). Mix everything carefully.
