Wash lettuce leaves, shake off the water, tear with your hands on a plate.
Cut the cheese into cubes, put on the salad. Instead of feta cheese, you can use Adyghe cheese or mozzarella.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges and place on top of the cheese.
Mix olive oil, mustard and soy sauce in a bowl.
Wash the greens, shake off the water, chop finely and put on the tomatoes. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Do not stir. Decorate with sour cream and balsamic.
