  1. Wash lettuce leaves, shake off the water, tear with your hands on a plate.

  2. Cut the cheese into cubes, put on the salad. Instead of feta cheese, you can use Adyghe cheese or mozzarella.

  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges and place on top of the cheese.
