Vegetable Salad Recipe
Refreshing, bright, delicious and healthy salad. Three main ingredients – cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers and walnuts are perfectly combined with sweet and sour dressing and aromatic herbs. You just need to try it to feel the freshness and taste!
Lunch Second Breakfast
Sweet yellow pepper (you can use pepper and other colors)
Greens (to taste, I have Basil and parsley)
Vinegar (rice or Apple)
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers and peel the nuts.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut sweet pepper into thin strips.
Chop the nuts. (I do this on a Board with a rolling pin).
Make the dressing: mix soy sauce with olive oil, vinegar and honey.
Mix all the ingredients, add the chopped herbs and season the salad with sauce. You can serve it to the table!
