  1. Cut the vegetables – onions and carrots into cubes, celery in small pieces, garlic finely chopped with a knife.
  2. Potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes.
  3. Cut a large tomato with a knife across, pour boiling water. Remove the peel. Cut the tomato into cubes, too.
  4. My cod fillet, dry with a towel, cut into medium-sized pieces.
  5. To make soup, I use a 3-liter saucepan. We put carrots, then onions and garlic.
  6. Lay out the celery and potatoes in the next layers.
  7. Then lay out the tomato cubes and cod fillets.
  8. Vegetables and fish will have time to cook during this time.
  9. Add bay leaf, salt and ground black pepper to taste, finely chopped dill, olive oil to the pan.
  10. I pour boiling water into a saucepan. Put the pan on the stove over high heat and bring it to the beginning of the boiling process. Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup brew for about 10 minutes.
