Instructions
Mix sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and cool it. Beat the eggs with milk and mustard.
Add the butter and stir.
Slice the bacon and fry. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the greens. Mix everything together.
Bake in a waffle iron.
Although they are so delicious, they are even tastier with sour cream and mustard sauce (1:1).
