  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  2. Fry the breast in olive oil over high heat for no more than 5 minutes, then it will become soft and juicy.
  3. Cut the vegetables into strips.
  4. Fry the vegetables in olive oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  6. Add horseradish and rice vinegar to soy sauce, mix well.
  7. Add the chicken and herbs to the vegetables, mix well and season with sauce. Warm up on the fire for another 1 minute.
  8. Put the salad in a deep salad bowl and serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
