  1. First, prepare a cucumber. I wash it and cut it into thin long strips with a vegetable paring knife. Add salt and leave for 15 minutes Cut the beef along the fibers into thin slices, it is better to cut the slightly frozen beef, and then cut across the fibers with thin ribbons. Chop the onion into thin half rings, cut the pepper into strips.
  2. Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, put the meat and fry until the liquid evaporates. Then add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the onion and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Add the pepper strips, pour in the soy sauce and fry for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover with a lid.
