Instructions
For the salad, I used white long-grain rice. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
While the rice is cooking, boil the shrimp, finely chop the leek and sweet pepper.
Cut off a small part of the shrimp, leaving the tails. Cut the chopped part into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, grated fresh ginger, black pepper, rice vinegar and oil for dressing.
Mix ready-made warm rice with vegetables, add chopped shrimp.
Put the salad on a plate, pour the dressing immediately or serve separately. Decorate with shrimp tails.
