Cut the pepper into strips, onion into half rings, finely chop the garlic. Hard-boiled quail eggs.
Pour olive oil into a frying pan and put garlic, onion, and then pepper. Lightly fry.
Pour soy sauce, balsamic (balsamic can be replaced with vinegar 7%), mix. You can add salt if you don’t have enough salt, I didn’t do that. I turned down the heat, covered it with a lid and stewed it until it was ready.
Take a ring to beautifully put the salad on a plate. If you don’t have it, it doesn’t matter!!! One ring can be cut out of a plastic bottle, as I did in this case. Put the contents of the pan in a baking dish. Finely chop the eggs, cut the olives into slices, and finely chop the parsley.
Put quail eggs on pepper and onion, olives on eggs, sprinkle with parsley, remove the ring (it is forked on the side, easy to remove) and put capers on top. Garnish the plate with a sprig of parsley, capers and drops of soy sauce.
