Warm Vegetable Salad with Cheese Recipe
My favorite summer snack. For some it may be a snack, but for me it replaces lunch or dinner. It is prepared quite simply and quickly.

  1. The recipe specifies the number of products for 1-2 servings. If you need more, do not hesitate to increase it.
  2. Cut the eggplant into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Put in one layer on a plate.
  3. The next layer is Bulgarian pepper and onion, fried until transparent. I fry these two vegetables together.
  4. Then cut the tomatoes into slices and fry. Carefully transfer them to a plate with the third layer, squeeze garlic on them and, if desired, smear with mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes so that the cheese melts.
  6. Ready.
