The recipe specifies the number of products for 1-2 servings. If you need more, do not hesitate to increase it.
Cut the eggplant into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Put in one layer on a plate.
The next layer is Bulgarian pepper and onion, fried until transparent. I fry these two vegetables together.
Then cut the tomatoes into slices and fry. Carefully transfer them to a plate with the third layer, squeeze garlic on them and, if desired, smear with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes so that the cheese melts.
