  1. Cut the young zucchini into slices, that is, thin strips. Sprinkle lightly with salt, let it stand for a while.
  2. Heat the oil and fry lightly on both sides for a minute.
  3. Prepare the products for the filling.
  4. Take a blender, put the carrots and avocado in it, peeled and cut into pieces. I grated the carrots to make the blender easier to work with.
  5. Add a clove of garlic, nuts, and a pinch of ground coriander.
  6. Add the pieces of processed cheese in the plates, after tearing them into smaller pieces. Chop the ingredients with a mixer.
  7. Here is such a filling turned out, fragrant, bright. The filling can simply be finely chopped.
  8. Cut the pepper into strips.
  9. We put two strips of zucchini on a plate, put the filling, a strip of pepper on it and cook it with a roll.
