Appetizer with Zucchini in Pita Bread Recipe
Such a snack is not a shame to serve on a festive table. The appetizer is rich and juicy inside, but at the same time not heavy, it is sure to please you and your guests!

  1. Zucchini cut into circles, salt and fry on both sides. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and herbs ( parsley or dill) if desired. Mix the mixture well and spread on the pita bread. On the edge of the pita spread the first layer of zucchini. We cut the pita bread in half so that it is convenient to twist it. Twist the pita bread and spread the second layer of zucchini. Twist the pita bread to the end in a roll and cut into portions.
