Instructions
Wash the zucchini, peel and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes.
For the marinade, pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf, pepper, cloves, vegetable oil. Bring to boil.
Add the chopped garlic to the zucchini.
Pour the marinade over the zucchini.
Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into half rings. Add to the zucchini.
Then add the vinegar and mix well. Leave to cool completely.
Then transfer the zucchini to a platter and serve.
