  1. Pour 0.5 cups of boiling water over the oat bran and insist.
  2. Chop the chicken fillet in a blender, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, cut the tomato into cubes, finely chop the parsley.
  3. Add bran, salt, pepper and mix well.
  4. Cut off the “lid” from the bread and remove the pulp. Put half of the meat mixture, put the eggs on top.
  5. Put the remaining mixture in a slide and close the “lid”. Wrap the bread tightly in foil. Bake at 175 degrees for about an hour. Let cool to room temperature and can be sliced. Enjoy your meal!
