Terrine-a French dish, got its name thanks to the eponymous rectangular refractory form with a lid. Terrines are meat, fish, vegetables, even sweet. I have prepared a combination of two types of meat: beef and chicken. Very delicious warm or cold! Usually served as an snack, but we tried and in a hot form, can replace a full meat dish.
