We take the beans, I have white. Wash, soak for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Then pour water in a ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until ready, at least 1 hour. I cooked for 75 minutes.
Peel the onion, cut it with feathers.
Carrots are cleaned, cut into thin strips or three on a grater.
Mushrooms are washed, dried, cut into segments.
In a frying pan, fry the onion and carrot in oil until lightly browned. Put the mushrooms in the pan. Stir, fry.
Put salt, pepper mixture, add lemon juice, mix.
Put the finished boiled beans, mix.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic, mix, turn off the heat. Cover with a lid.
Let the snack brew for 15 minutes, when serving, sprinkle with green onion arrows and dried pine nuts.
It can be used as a hot or cold snack
