  1. We break off the leg of the mushrooms, we will not need it in this dish. Mix the soy sauce and butter in a small bowl. Using a brush, rub the inside of the mushrooms with soy-oil emulsion. Leave for 20 minutes to soak.
  2. Ripe avocado leaves a trace on the skin when pressed with your finger, it is not hard to the touch, but rather soft. Cut the avocado in half in a circle, turn it and divide it into two halves, remove the bone.
