Lately I often bake apple pies instead of portioned cakes. These are the cupcakes we liked: very tender, fragrant and easy to prepare. It is convenient to give them to children to school or take them to work for a tea party.

  1. Beat the egg with milk.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar.
  3. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix. The dough will turn out quite liquid.
  4. Cut the apples into cubes and add them to the dough along with the cinnamon.
  5. Cut the candy into small pieces.
  6. Add to the dough and mix everything together.
  7. Insert paper molds into the cupcake mold or simply brush them with butter. Lay out the dough and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
