This dessert is prepared quickly, while very tasty. You can serve it with coffee and tea with various fruit sauces and syrups. And with sour cream you will get a hearty breakfast.
In a bowl, carefully mix the sour cream with the eggs.
From this mass, pour 3 tablespoons.
Add sugar and starch to the remaining mass. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the starch lumps disappear.
Take not dry cottage cheese and rub it with a fork until smooth.
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and add the cottage cheese to the egg-sour cream mass, mix well.
Preheat a frying pan without oil over medium heat, put a tortilla cake on the bottom. Put a sixth of the apple mass on half of the tortilla. Lay out the berries lengthwise and cover with a lid,
Or bananas.
Or, if one of the options is an additive, just mix the berries with the apples.
When the mass is slightly baked, it becomes matte,
using a spatula and fork, roll half of the tortilla into a roll.
The open half of the tortilla without filling should be greased with a delayed sour cream-egg mixture.
Completely twist the roll, press it with a spatula, and after a few seconds the edges will bake.
You can take it out of the mold and cool it.
Do the same with the rest of the tortillas.
Cut into slices and serve with jam, or sour cream, or sweet sauce.
