Apple Jelly with Nectarines Recipe
The original dessert. I’ve never seen jelly made from baby puree before, usually from juice. It turned out interesting.

Instructions
  1. Applesauce (I bought baby applesauce without sugar) put in a saucepan. If you like it sweeter, you can add sugar to taste.
  2. Add gelatin to it, let it stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the nectarines and prepare a mold, preferably silicone. Or a few small cupcake molds.
  4. After 30 minutes, heat the apple mass, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves, but do not bring it to a boil!
  5. Cool slightly and add the nectarines, stir.
  6. Add cinnamon to taste. Put the mass into a mold and send it to the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until it completely solidifies.
  7. Remove the finished jelly from the mold. I poured more chocolate icing on it and decorated it with fresh mint leaves.
