  1. My apples are coarse-grained, so I took 3 apples, put them in a heat-resistant mold, poured some water and baked in the oven at t 200 for about 30 minutes. Apples pricked with a knife. Smaller apples will take less baking time.

  3. Cool them, clean them and rub them through a sieve.
  4. The resulting applesauce is mixed with sugar and egg white, a homogeneous mass should be obtained. This mass is beaten with a mixer until it becomes thick and white. It is better to cool the puree well (you can in the freezer), I did not do this, so I put the whole mass in the freezer twice for 5 minutes.
  5. Cream is also cooled in the freezer, I measured 380 ml and whipped a little wrong and it turned out a little more than 2 cups of whipped cream (the rest are whipped with powdered sugar, and a separate dessert is obtained)
  6. Next, carefully mix the apple mass and 2 cups of whipped cream and put it on the cream. If desired, marshmallows can be slightly frozen, I froze one cream for 40 minutes, marshmallows did not freeze, it was cold and very tasty! It is recommended to serve marshmallow sponge cake. I have chocolate, but I decided for myself that I like a classic biscuit. Enjoy your meal! Dessert will appeal more to women. Moderately sweet and airy!
