I have apples large-beauties, so I took 3 apples, placed them in a heat-resistant form, poured some water and baked in the oven at t 200 for about 30 minutes. Apples stabbed with a knife. Smaller apples will require less baking time.

Cool them, clean and wipe through a sieve.
The resulting applesauce mix with sugar and egg white, should get a homogeneous mass. This mass is whipped with a mixer until it becomes thick and white. Puree is better to cool well (you can in the freezer), I did not, so the whole mass twice put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Cream is also cooled in the freezer, I measured 380 ml and whipped a little bit wrong and got a little more than 2 cups of whipped cream (the remaining whipped with powdered sugar, and get a separate dessert)
Next, carefully combine the Apple mass and 2 cups of whipped cream and lay out on the cream. Optionally, the marshmallows can be slightly freeze, I froze one cremenescu 40 minutes, the marshmallows is not frozen, was cold and very tasty! It is recommended to serve the marshmallow biscuit.
