Apple marshmallow... it is more like a tender souffle with Apple flavor and aroma... yummy!!! Apples are better to take sweet and sour, then in the "marshmallow" will feel sour.

  4. The resulting applesauce mix with sugar and egg white, should get a homogeneous mass. This mass is whipped with a mixer until it becomes thick and white. Puree is better to cool well (you can in the freezer), I did not, so the whole mass twice put in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  5. Cream is also cooled in the freezer, I measured 380 ml and whipped a little bit wrong and got a little more than 2 cups of whipped cream (the remaining whipped with powdered sugar, and get a separate dessert)
