Apple Muffins with Cinnamon Recipe
Apple pastries are one of the favorites in our family! Today I have apple cupcakes with cinnamon, which will please everyone without exception!) They are delicious, juicy, tender and very fragrant.

Instructions
Combine eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, sour cream and vegetable oil in a bowl. Beat well with a whisk until smooth.
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. You should get about 150 g of apples weighing net. Add the apples to the dough.
Sift the flour with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Then gradually add to the egg mixture and mix well.
The dough is laid out in molds (when using paper inserts, it is not necessary to lubricate the mold).
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until tender… let cool slightly.
