  1. In a saucepan, mix eggs with sugar, add milk and sift flour. Mix well. Put it on a small fire. Stir the mass continuously, especially at the bottom of the mold, to avoid the formation of flour lumps. As soon as the custard thickens and begins to boil, remove from the stove.
  2. Spread the cream over the baking molds.
  3. Wash apples and pears, peel and cut into cubes. Also wash the pomegranate and remove the pomegranate seeds. Mix apples, pears and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Spread over the custard.
  5. Next, prepare the sand crumbs. To do this, mix sugar with flour and add cold butter, grated on a coarse grater.
  6. Rub with your hands until crumbs form.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbs on the fruit. Cook in an oven preheated to 180-190 *C for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Ready crumble can be served to the table. The dessert turns out to be very juicy, tender and extremely tasty.
