Soften the creamy margarine with cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix.
Add flour sifted with baking powder. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the cold for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a rectangle 0.3-0.5 cm thick. With a knife, cut out triangles with a side of 10 cm from both strips. put 1 tsp of boiled condensed milk at the base of each triangle. Roll up the bagel.
Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with lightly beaten egg. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 20 minutes.
