Melt the butter and combine with the cottage cheese, salt,sugar, egg and baking powder.
Then add the sifted flour and knead a soft, elastic dough. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with the egg white and soft butter.
Divide the dough into two parts. One is slightly larger for the base and the second is slightly smaller for the top.
Grease the baking dish with butter. The diameter of my form, 22cm. A large part of the test hands to put into shape, forming the sides.
Lay out the cheese filling, and distribute the cottage cheese on top. From the second part of the dough, make a flatbread and cover the pie with it. Connect the edges. On top of the pie, pierce with a fork and grease with yolk.
Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees, 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Cool the pie to a warm state, remove from the mold and serve.
