Soften the cream margarine with cottage cheese into a homogeneous mass.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix.
Add the flour sifted with baking powder. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the cold for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, each roll out into a rectangle 0.3-0.5 cm thick. with a Knife, cut out triangles with a side of 10 cm from both strips. at the base of each triangle, put 1 tsp. of boiled condensed milk. Roll a bagel.
Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Grease with lightly beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
