To say that the cake is insanely delicious - not to say anything! This dessert is just a BOMB! The basis of the delicate cottage cheese dough, and baked cream, with a dizzying aroma is not subject to any laudatory description! I will tell you a secret that this cream is my new idea, the basis for which I took the autumn gifts of nature! Interesting? Then, you are welcome-come to visit!
Dear guests, I will tell you at once that you were not frightened that in pastries there is a liqueur. You can treat the cake and children, as when heated, alcoholic vapors evaporate. And, of course, you can make a cake without adding liquor or take something else, such as tincture, but not more than 20-25 degrees. It will still be insanely delicious!
And so, proceed: in a bowl pour 3 tablespoons of liquor add turmeric, mix well and set aside. Then these 3 spoons we will divide - 1 spoon. in the dough, and 2 spoon. in the cream filling. I had Baileys cream liqueur. After adding and dissolving turmeric turned out here is such a beauty.
First, prepare the filling: apples clear of the middle and peel, cut into cubes.
Add sugar and stir. Put in a saucepan.
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a medium grater.

Prepare a delicious and very tender dough: in a deep bowl put the cottage cheese, add sugar, sour cream (I took a thick homemade), baking powder and 1 tablespoon of liquor (which we previously mixed with turmeric). Mix thoroughly.
Add flour and knead a soft elastic dough. Since the consistency of cottage cheese and sour cream may differ (thicker or thinner), then adjust the addition of flour (a little more or a little less). Let's just say-act on the circumstances. But, the dough should not be very steep and stick to the hands, if only slightly. Put the dough in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Just for all this time, the cream should cool slightly.
The cream should not be quite cold. We need it warm, not completely cooled down.
Next: a baking pan well greased with vegetable oil, put the ball of dough, knead in shape size hands and do not have high sides, size approximately 1.5 cm.
It is better to take a split form, with a diameter of 24 cm.
Put the filling and smooth.
Sprinkle with your favorite nuts-grated almonds, crushed peanuts or walnuts, as your imagination will tell you. Or do as I do. Take things 4 cookies, any, such as "tea" or "with melted milk", etc. Mash them with a pusher and sprinkle with a small amount of milk, mix and sprinkle on top of the cake. Put the form in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The aroma of the house soars extraordinary!
