- Dear guests, I will tell you at once that you were not frightened that in pastries there is a liqueur. You can treat the cake and children, as when heated, alcoholic vapors evaporate. And, of course, you can make a cake without adding liquor or take something else, such as tincture, but not more than 20-25 degrees. It will still be insanely delicious!
