Baguette Baked with Minced Meat and Cherry Recipe
Delicious crispy baguette with soft juicy filling can be eaten for Breakfast, afternoon tea, or just with tea or coffee. It is prepared simply and quickly.

  1. I take out all the necessary products and put them on the table. I will use sunflower oil to fry the minced meat. I took a small baguette (about 40 cm in length).
  2. I pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. I put minced meat. Add grated on a coarse grater carrots and chopped onion. Fry over medium heat until the minced meat is ready.
  3. I put the roast in a deep dish. Cool it down a little. Then add salt and grated melted cheese. Stir.
  4. I cut the baguette lengthwise into two parts. Removing the crumb. I smear the inside of the baguette with ketchup.
  5. Fill the halves of the baguette with a filling of minced meat. I press cherry tomatoes into the filling (I got 5 cherries for each half of the baguette).
  6. Top with hard cheese, grated on a fine grater. I put the baguette halves in a fireproof form. I put them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Baguette baked with minced meat, cheese and cherry tomatoes is ready. I cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
