Delicious crispy baguette with soft juicy filling can be eaten for Breakfast, afternoon tea, or just with tea or coffee. It is prepared simply and quickly.
I take out all the necessary products and put them on the table.
I will use sunflower oil to fry the minced meat.
I took a small baguette (about 40 cm in length).
I pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. I put minced meat. Add grated on a coarse grater carrots and chopped onion. Fry over medium heat until the minced meat is ready.
I put the roast in a deep dish. Cool it down a little.
Then add salt and grated melted cheese. Stir.
I cut the baguette lengthwise into two parts. Removing the crumb.
I smear the inside of the baguette with ketchup.
Fill the halves of the baguette with a filling of minced meat. I press cherry tomatoes into the filling (I got 5 cherries for each half of the baguette).
Top with hard cheese, grated on a fine grater. I put the baguette halves in a fireproof form. I put them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Baguette baked with minced meat, cheese and cherry tomatoes is ready.
I cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
