Ingredients

Soy sauce

Sunflower oil
Salt

Instructions
Wash the liver, remove the film and cut into portions.
Pour in the milk and refrigerate for 1 hour. After an hour, drain the milk.
In a preheated deep frying pan, add sunflower oil, tomato paste, pour soy sauce and water. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
During this time, we cut the carrots into rings and send them to our frying pan.
We send our liver to carrots. Mix it.
Next, we send the coarsely chopped onion. Stir and simmer over moderate heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add coarsely chopped bell pepper. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Chop the green onion coarsely and add it to our liver with vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
